Blair joined Alexander Daniels Offshore in January 2026, bringing a year of experience in offshore agency recruitment and over a decade of leadership within the local charity sector. During this time, he led teams delivering youth work and learning and development initiatives, and designed tailored employability programmes, building a strong foundation for providing values-driven, personalised career development and support to candidates.

Outside of work, Blair enjoys playing football and spending quality time with his son, family and friends.
