I am a Human Resources professional with 20+ years experience in Recruiting, Staffing, Employee Relations and Sales. During my career, I have been responsible for all aspects of Recruiting from entry-level to C-level positions. In addition, I have managed projects and staff, investigated and prepared EEOC responses for corporate council, developed and implemented training materials and handled all aspects of employee relations: Corrective Action, Benefits Enrollment, Cafeteria Plans, 360 Degree Reviews, Annual Performance Reviews, Salary Increases, Reductions in Workforce and Performance Management.
