Phil comes to us with over 9 years of experience, most of which has been in the ever-changing field of engineering. He specialises in building long-term, sustainable partnerships between STEM candidates and the Offshore Renewable Market.

Over his career, Phil has built a strong network of talented candidates in the Offshore Wind sector, utilises various channels to resource and headhunt individuals with unique skills and experiences.

As the lead for our new Offshore Wind division, Phil is looking to create long-term, sustainable partnerships between quality candidates and exciting clients in the space.
